Radical Collaboration®

Lacking or bad collaboration can have negative effects on team performance and outcomes, including decreased productivity, reduced creativity and innovation, increased conflict and stress, and decreased job satisfaction and increased turnover. It is not only problematic to achieve businesses’ needs, but also has deep effects on a human level. Effective collaboration is thus crucial for team success, organisational performance and collaborators’ wellbeing. Are you ready to collaborate radically?

Are you tired of experiencing conflict and tension in your workplace? Are you looking for a way to improve communication and collaboration among your team? If so, then the 3-day Radical Collaboration training may be just what you need.

The programme is designed to help teams develop the skills and mindset needed to work together effectively, build trust, and achieve shared goals. Participants will engage in a variety of interactive exercises, discussions, and simulations that will challenge their assumptions and help them develop new strategies for collaboration.

What you will learn

You'll have a new understanding of the power of collaboration and how it can transform the way you work. At the end of the program, you'll walk away with a toolkit of strategies and techniques that you can immediately apply to your work environment.

RED, PINK AND GREEN ZONE ATTITUDES

The organisational cultures, and the mindsets of their people, can be defined as being in the red, pink or green zone. The RED ZONE represents an adversarial and hostile environment, while the PINK ZONE is characterised by conflict avoidance and passive aggression. The GREEN ZONE, on the other hand, is a collaborative and supportive environment. While most organisations are a blend of all three zones to some extent, the chart below provides a clear visual representation of the differences.

Where this training comes from

Jim Tamm, former judge in the USA, saw the same parties come over and over again to litigate in front of court. He realised that, while the problems were always different, the underlying issues at stake did not change much. He then created, with Ron Luyet, the training Radical Collaboration®. In this video, he explains in this video how you can cultivate collaboration.
